I have used viux.com for about 10 months now. I've hosted multiple sites and have had several active accounts.
I've steered clients to them - their support is responsive, you could call at any hour and talk to a live tech support agent, and uptime is great.

I had a recent support call with kvchosting.net and the tech spend 45 minutes with me on-line trying to fix my problem.
Once that didn't work, he said to give him a few hours at it and they ended up solving my problem!

I am a new customer with exmasters.com and I have to say I have been impressed! My previous host was useless.
Most of the times when I had to contact support, they would tell me everything was okay on their side and end the support session.

Viux.com had impressed me so much over the past 4 months that I gave up my shared hosting account and use them exclusively.
Customer service is second to none. All my support requests are handled under 5 minutes.
