Dedicated Server & Managed Hosting / Need a good dedicated server

Hi!
I currently using a host and sometimes block storage directly connected to the server to make backups.
I'm looking at using other providers, I'm looking at Greenwebpage.com among the most affordable in price.
Do any of you have experience with this provider? Do you recommend I look at any other?

Min 2 core CPU, Min 2GB Ram, Min 50GB HDD, Min 25GB Traffic
Location Switzerland.
Any established web hosting providers you can recommend?
Is Regvps.com web host reliable? Will it be worth trying them?
