Well, I can express the point that Digitalserver.com.mx is the best in that region. Their web hosting in Mexico is affordable.
Reliable uptime, the site is running fast and efficiently. I am not an IT guy so support is important to me. Every conversation was pleasant and helpful.

I've been with QHoster.com for 8 months now. I'm on my computer at least 70 hours a week and their support is always logged in for chat support. I have only had one instance of downtime and it was for about minutes. When I contacted support they were there and got my sites back up in no time.

I think you can't find a better company than hostunmetered.net web host, always there for you, I've been with them since last 5+ months, I was a tiny host earlier, and with their quality of service/support. Tried their support even at 3A.M. and support tech was their to solve a apache issue in a minute.

They go above and beyond and with that pricing, you would expect A LOT less.
I recommend them all the time and would recommend them above any other hosting company I have dealt with.

If I were you, I'd give exmasters.com team a try. Their feature-packed vps hosting accounts impressed me a lot.
