I recommend Netshop-isp.com.cy hosting service. I haven't had to contact their support..so I can't comment on it.

When i was a web developer reliable host were rare. Some where good but they would disappear and with others communication seemed to be dirty word. Hostnamaste.com impressed me a lot.
