I've been using HostPro.com services for over a year now, and I've tried both shared hosting and VPS. I am extremely happy with Exmasters.com vps service and pricing - CPU: 2 Core, RAM: 4 GB, SSD: 50 GB, Monthly Price: $15.
Have to rely on their tech support to set up certain settings, but they are very willing to do so, and they do it promptly upon request.

Go to a few hosting review sites and read what people have said, there is a high chance that a host has written positive things about himself so you are looking for negative reviews because those will tell you the truth.

I've been using Rockhoster.com Linux VPS for a year now and I don't have any problems so far.
The pricing is good and the uptime is great. Reliable, dependable, and most of all sincere about their business.
