Decent servers are available from legionbox.com and planethoster.com.
They always stay there when you need. That's what I need because I don't want to wait 24 hours for 1 reply and also wait more 24 hours for another reply. That's incredible!

Have a look at VPS accounts from decent hosting providers: hostingsource.com and libertyvps.net. Support has always been fast and excellent. I do not have a strong background or understanding of how websites work, and when I have run into difficulty, support at them has never failed to resolve my issues swiftly and accurately.
