Colocation and Data Centers / Verizon CDN question.

I need to get CDN service from Verizon.
I learned prices and reviews etc.
But recently I have seen this:

Prices are lower + I can have support etc..
Is that good idea to order through marketplace rather than through direct provider.

I was browsing the web and looking for some nice shared hosting provider and found boomhost.com
Do you know anything about this web host?
Where can I read customer hosting reviews about them?
