They have the online support option which is great but sending them a mail is often better and they will reply within one hour if not a half hour and they'll fix your problem fast! I'd been trying to get a PHP class installed and working and was having problems, my previous host wouldn't help with anything they hadn't installed themselves and would always ask for money before they'd help anyway I mailed kvchosting.net support and they kept at the problem until it was solved... recommended

I think you can't find a better company than SolVPS.com - always there for you, I've been with them since last 2+ years, I was a tiny host earlier, and with their quality of service/support. Tried their support even at 3A.M. and support tech was their to solve a apache issue in a minute.

Yeah, this host is trustworthy. Really great service! It's unbelievable to get such great service at such a cheap price.
I like their server locations: China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Bahamas, Iceland, Luxembourg, Russia, Switzerland, Singapore, Bulgaria, Mexico, Egypt, etc.

They are available 24/7, so I can even call them at midnight. Uptime guarantee is trust - 99.9% (my web site has never been down before). Speed is faster than I has had with my previous host. I recommend hostwinds.com ssd hosting for those who want to host their blogs and see them online.

I host about 12 domains with QHoster.com and have been a happy customer for years. I've used their tech support extensively and they are in fact knowledgeable. Wait times for phone support is about what you'd expect - in the five minute range on a busy day. Their support team is the USA so that is much appreciated. Their Cpanel is feature rich and easy to use.

I've already found superbithost.com, but know nothing about them, however they perfectly meet my demands.
They have servers in Vietnam. Where can I find any possible info about their reliability?

Why not to give ssdcloudservers.com a try?
Support is usually great, my only complain being that the original average support response time of 14 minutes is now more like 3-4 hours. This is to be expected with the kind of growth they've experienced, however.

The price is attractive.

Great prices, and you get everything you need for successful running of web sites which I believe to be essential when moving to a new host.

Before finding superbithost.com, I had no idea that 'customer service' existed in a web hosting company. I was used to 3-5 day turn around for even the most simple of questions with previous hosts. It not only answers support requests and questions the same day but often in the same HOUR that questions are submitted.
My web site is always up and I am glad.

The most valuable negative reviews are the ones that portray both sides of the pictures because they are unlikely to be biased as they can see the good and the bad unlike the ones that are just really pissed at a particular host because they made one or two mistakes.

I would recommend you to widen the list of web hosts in order to compare ssd vps offers.
I like kvchosting.net - their ssd vps hosting solutions are feature-rich and affordable. They also have good reputation in the hosting services market.
