I was down for over an hour once, but the team kept me informed about what was going on. The price is right for personal and any business needs and the customer service representatives are helpful.

We switched to Allwebhost.com after having enough of the downtime with our old hosts. From our time with them I have nothing but high praise indeed.
It was very easy to upgrade, took only a minute and can be done at any time. Excellent so far. The support is amazing.

I have already suggested NetShop Isp UK web hosting to two colleagues, though I am uncertain as to where they eventually settled on hosting their domains. I have been rather inert in actually getting my site back online in a fully functional capacity, my dealings with Host-ed have been top notch, and I have been very pleased with fast, personable, and affordable service.

I'd say they are friendly people, have good service, good value for money and only minor flaws. I'm confident enough with Rockhoster.com to host all of my sites with them - both personal and business. Their price isn't the cheapest around - but for what they offer I can't find anybody with better pricing.
