We can easily make chnages in wordpress CMS by adding plugins. If you need to add any function on your website then you just have to install plugins in it. Similarly if you want to add PDF viewer then you have to install 'PDF Embedder' in Wordpress.
Login to Wordpress > Plugins > install "PDF Embedder" and activate it > Go to "settings" and then configure it according to your need.

I don't have experience with both hosting providers rockhoster.com and simplenet.io.
But i have hosted my Wordpress website with hosting.india.to and hosted my Wordpress website.

In this hosting i can easily install Wordpress by one click through Softaculous.

Also there is tutorial to solve our problem. You can purchase centos server for and install cpanel server in it for great facility.

If you are not able to receive the email in your cpanel account then there can be one of the reason:
1. First check your domain and hosting is active.
2. Now check MX records of your domain.
3. Check your cpanel quota.
4. Also check Email Routing settings in cpanel.
4. If still problem persist then contact your hosting provider regarding this.
