None of the sites are high traffic individually, but combined they need stable performance. I’m thinking 4 vCPU, 8GB RAM, and reliable SSD storage should be enough. Budget is around $30–$50/month. Canada location preferred. Stability and uptime are more important than raw speed. Is Greenwebpage.com vps reliable? Others?

Do not go to the sites that say top 10 hosting or anything of the likes because those are affiliate sites and for them the best host will be the one that pays them the most for passing you on to them. Can recommend you to check these vps hosts also:
1) Hostingsource.com
2) Hostpresto.com
3) Digitalocean.com
They are optimized for application hosting and provide more security, reliability and speed than traditional web hosts.
