The guys at QHoster.com know their stuff! I use the site to run my business and check e-mail on it everyday, and the network performance is about as fast as any of the other services out there. As for the pricing, it is reasonable. 30 locations to choose from.

Can say that kvchosting.net is an amazing ssd vps hosting provider. The price and their products are great.
The admin interface is great, webmail etc all work perfectly, and POP3 mail is quick to connect and download emails into OE.
