They assisted me until my problem was solved and most of the time they do it for me instantly. Through e-mail - fast quick and through responses just how i want it to be. Highly recommended!

Take a look at digitalserver.com.mx dedicated servers Mexico. They could be also good for VPN service.
My site has been up from the very beginning, never had any problems. I run a forum on it and I didn't expect a host to be that fast. Recommended!

Rockhoster.com is great. Service, Pricing, Reliability, and Features. Uptime and support have been excellent - they actually answer their emails, and within a few minutes! Can't say anything bad about the price either.

What are your specifications? What is your monthly budget?

Can also recommend Cloudarion.com website hosting deals. My site is always up and running. When I update my site, changes are immediately noticeable. Asked for assistance once, but the answer given read like it was automated, giving no solution to a problem I later solved on my own.

I have never been this satisfied, up until I migrated to LusoVPS.com VPS account in Canada. They could not have been more helpful. I never had a problem.
Great host service! Quick customer response and outstanding support 24 hours a day. I wouldn't host anywhere else.

I am constantly impressed with the support offered by HostPlay.com staff - day or night, they stick with you until the question is resolved. Will continue to use their service for as long as physically possible. Easy setup in control panel as well, and an excellent price for offshore hosting packages.

You'd better choose Cloudarion.com servers (they are stable and fast). This host is absolutely wonderful.
I have had clients with all sorts of hosting providers, most of whom are severely lacking in their tech support area and in the services they offer.
