Any experience with web hosts in Canada?

I would like to choose reliable host in Canada.
Please, help me to choose the host!
Requirements: 80 gbs of HD, Linux, e-friendly.
What are your points on Canspace.ca and their hosting services? What is better for e-commercing?

Recommend Canspace.ca to other webmasters looking for reliable place to host their web sites. 
I was impressed by their Online Backup Services. All in all, I am happy using their hosting services in Canada.

I don’t have experience with Webhosting and looking for suggestions to purchase the right one. I hope able to get here the trusted information about web hosting here.
