VPS for a Corporate Portal

I need to migrate an internal corporate portal to a VPS. There are about 100 users, with a maximum of 20–30 active at any given time.

The system is built on PHP and MySQL; it includes documents, a search function, and several integrations.

I’m thinking about 4 CPU cores / 8 GB RAM / 120 GB NVMe, plus daily backups.

I’m currently looking at hostpro.com. Is 8 GB enough for this scenario, or would it be better to go with 16 GB right away so I don’t have to worry about it for the next few years?
