Need VPS With Advanced Networking Options (BGP Sessions Preferred)

I need a provider that supports BYOIP or BGP sessions, ideally with good Tier-1 upstreams.
Specs: 2–4 vCPU, 4–8 GB RAM, NVMe. Must allow IPv6 allocation (/64 or larger).
Low-latency routing is a must. Is Hostnamaste.com openvz vps hosting service reliable? Any reviews please?

NVMe disks significantly reduce disk wait time under concurrent load. Backups run automatically every day and are kept for 30 days. Multiple deployment regions made it easier to choose the optimal location.
