I would and have recommended Hostunmetered.net managed unmetered servers to others. Their platform is reliable and their customer service used to be ok. They have data center in London, The UK.

Take a look at Cloudarion.com server hosting deals in the USA, Switzerland, Germany and Russia.
Their pricing is competitive in my opinion.. Think that I will stay a long-term customer! Good hosting provider.

+ vote for hostingsource.com servers. Save Big on Hosting - 50% off 1st month on all Servers/VPS plans.
Support is superb - they have gone above and beyond to assist me with my sites, whenever needed.
Amazingly, I never had to wait longer than 20 minutes for a response!
