Trace Email source solution you can suggest?

What reliable trace Email source tools can you suggest me trying?
I am getting lots of spam mails. Would like to detect mail server IP of sender in order to stop it.
Have you tried whatismyip.live service? Is it reliable?
What other solutions do you know? Any suggestions please?

Following the Original Sender of an Email

To follow the IP address of the first email shipper, head to the primary Received in the full email header. Close by the principal Received line is the IP address of the server that sent the email. Once in a while, this shows up as X-Originating-IP or Original-IP.
