VPS with Root Access for Custom Software?

Looking for a VPS with full root access to install custom applications.
3 vCPUs, 6 GB RAM, 120 GB SSD. CentOS preferred.
Can I trust Regvps.com or GTHost.com vps hosting? Other good vps hosts?
Can you also assist with initial setup?

VPS accounts from just.hosting are worth trying due to their top-notch services.
It provides excellent uptime and high performance at a decent price.
