Hostsailor.com and libertyvps.net provide a lot of attractive VPS deals and I am in two minds which plan would be the best for me?

liberty is a good provider. Try AccuWeb Hosting instead. VPS Hosting starts at just $7.99/month with 1GB RAM.

I want to say that a2hosting.com and kvchosting.net are able to satisfy all your demands.
Their speed of hosting is good. Services are really good.  I advise to use them as your hosting providers.
