If you are not able to receive the email in your cpanel account then there can be one of the reason:
1. First check your domain and hosting is active.
2. Now check MX records of your domain.
3. Check your cpanel quota.
4. Also check Email Routing settings in cpanel.
4. If still problem persist then contact your hosting provider regarding this.

You might have set your Cpanel account to something other than email, have a slow internet connection or you could have sent the email to the wrong recipient. Check your settings carefully, and make sure that you send emails to the right people.

Some Cpanel-specific points are likely to solve your Cpanel problem.
  • Check MX-records
  • Check email bounce back
  • Check the server(S)
  • Your storage has reached its limite
  • Check spam & trash folder
  • Email client not receiving emails
  • Check cPanel's auto SSL
