Verizon CDN question.

I need to get CDN service from Verizon.
I learned prices and reviews etc.
But recently I have seen this:
https://inxy.com/provider-verizon/
Prices are lower + I can have support etc..
Is that good idea to order through marketplace rather than through direct provider.

Why not look for a provider that peers with Verizon directly?
