Before going for Office 365 Cloud Migration check which kind of migration is suitable for you. There are many types of migrations and one needs to check to walk on the right track for the smooth migration without any kind of data loss.

There are various migration service providers available for you. If you are part of a large organisation with 50+ mailboxes, I'd suggest you to outsource the job to professionals, as more important than migration is the need of protecting data. one of the service providers that I've used at our company is Apps4Rent.
