I am quite happy with NetShop Isp UK VPS. I currently have joomla with my site and they do notify me when there's an security problem with joomla and warn me for the upgrade, which is nice. If a managed service is important to you, it's worth checking out what level of support is included. My setup with hostpro.com includes their support team handling a lot of the technical server management, which I find very helpful.
