Whenever I needed support, Rockhoster.com team was always there 24/7.
Very Reliable! No problems at all. I feel confident that my sites is up and running at all times.

Quality customer support ties in closely with reliability and is something that should never be overlooked.

I'd like to point out that all of your web sites and projects will in good hands if you choose Profvds.com or GTHost.com vps.
Amazingly, I never had to wait longer than 20 minutes for a response. If I could give them a 100 out of 5, I would.
