Take a look at
https://gthost.com/instant-servers/
Their team can help you to move all content (files, scripts, mysql) from another host without downtime for free.

I love
QHoster.com
ease of use, they make a webhosting experience something you'd love to pay for.
They have fast servers, low prices, and their support replies within 10 - 30 minutes to the questions I ask!!

Hosting servers plans from kvchosting.net and hostsailor.com are worth your attention.
It's impressive how they manage to stay consistent with price, having no hidden random fees, and all of their features and speed/bandwidth is always up to par.
