Single Player/Hosting error

HI,

When I downloaded the game, I was able to play Single player for the first time with little to no problems, I was at the Character Editor stage, trying to get the face right, then I had to go AFK for 2 hours, so I closed out, and when I got back, I tried again and I got this message at the single player/hosting screen: "strLocalDiskFailError_MISSING_LOC The game must now quit." It would then close the game after that. I tried again, and got to the Single player loading screen, and immediately got the message again. Eventually, I tried a multiplayer server, and it worked for the most part, until I got a network error in the middle of loading, but Im not as concerned about that. I then tried Single player once more, same result. Can you tell me what's going on and whether I can fix it and how?

Please help.
