My experience with hostingsource.com has been 100% positive. I am not a techie and anything beyond publishing with MS Front Page is a mystery to me. The folks at this web host answer my questions quickly and fix any problems. The VPS promo is $5 for the first month for all VPS plans.

What are their customer service/technical support hours by method?
If online chat is available 24/7, what are their phone support hours?

If you're not 100% happy with the place you are now at, then can recommend OBhost.net and GTHost.com vps to you.
The support people are fantastic and usually answer in under 10min any time of day. Features wise is excellent for my needs.
