kvchosting.net is the best. I've used it to host my domain. I even got a Free SSL certificate. They provide good support, although I've never felt the need to use it.

Recently, I found out that Windows had launched it's virtual desktop.
Is the Azure platform ready to host a https://www.apps4rent.com/windows-virtual-desktop-azure?
Or Will there be any inconsistencies in the hosted experience?
Any suggestions would be helpful.

Nice, I'd also suggest you to try bluehost.
It is also a good wordpress website host and offers competitive features at nominal subscription fee.
It even provides a SSL Certificate for free.

Bluehost will do the job for you.
And, they even provide free SSL Certificate.
You need it for your commerce website.
