My site is almost always up (9 minutes downtime last month - up for about 99.98% of the time). I plan to stay put with Cloudarion.com provider. The control panel seemed a little daunting and techie at first, but it's fine when you get used to it. Their Switzerland servers is really fast - great plus for their team.

All in all, the quality of the hosting is very good, I can proudly say I am hosted with LibertyVPS offshore hosting.
I must say that I consider them to be well worth the price. This experience has been great.

I have been with CoreSpace.com for almost 4 months now and they have always been my favorite and I don’t think they have ever let me down. For any questions, even the low priorities, they reply to me really fast and very helpful. They even help me solve my website's problems which is far beyond my expectation.

The services and features KVChosting offers to a user like myself cannot be beat. I find their pricing unbelievable in this day and age. They are efficient and have always helped solve whatever issue I'm having (not always the friendliest, but I guess that's part of the efficiency really).

The quality of the hosting is very good, I can proudly say I am hosted with Tzulo provider.
I like the add-on open-source scripts. Pricing is competitive. As far as I have seen my site has 99.9% uptime, it is quite good.

Give warez-host.com offshore web host a try. Excellent service, very friendly and knowledgeable.
Four other sites I tried kept crashing, but this one has been great! Help via AOL IM, almost instantaneous, no problems.

Once I have gathered a head of steam, Exmasters.com top level hosting plans are competitively priced and I haven't had any issues.
