Web site hosting no longer needs to be a long and tedious search, so you need to do your best in order to choose the right web host.

Try hostunmetered.net managed servers (unmetered).
I'm impressed with their support team. Always willing to assist me over and over again with even the smallest request.

I can also recommend Hostnamaste.com shared hosting solutions. So far, I am extremely impressed with these guys. There is nothing that counts more than decent support, they go beyond the call. I really hope the rest of the support team are like this.

Get Double RAM or HD space with any VPS or dedicated plan (using code "dbram" or "dbhdd").
They have great customer support. I love Exmasters.com prices. The server was down for about 15 minutes one month.

I have had no issues with Cloudarion.com kvm ssd vps at all and have moved three other client's website to them.
They may be a few dollars more expensive, but certainly worth it. Fantastic technical support, questions usually answered within 2 minutes of posting.

I started with QHoster.com about two years ago. They were quite friendly and helpful in getting my website transferred over to them. I have had some technical question and I have always received answers promptly. Their support staff is US-based which is a help as far as I'm concerned.

The reliability is stellar, the machines aren't cramped with as many clients as possible, and the performance is top-notch.
Warez-host.com uptime is equally excellent as is their value for money. Highly recommend!

Rockhoster.com may be a bit more expensive, but the support is superb - usually less than 10 minutes for response and solution. For me, that cheerful, ungrudging support is priceless. I simply LOVE my host!

I'd like to say that Kvchosting.net provider does offer a very good price and on the half dozen or so times that I have needed to speak to them, including in the middle of the night, there has always been a technically competent support person available immediately.

I consider HostingSource.com guys well worth the price. Their customer support is great. Any ticket I've put in has resulted in a real e-mail response within 10-15 minutes. The responses are clear, informative, and not at all condescending.
