I am satisfied with Tzulo.com customer service and tech support. The features are easy to use i.e. cpanel.
They have fantastic uptime! It is a steal to get hosting this cheap, with such great features, in a great datacenter.

If I were you I would not concentrate on those mentored providers only.
There are a lot of good alternatives. Check also kvchosting.net -  they have some really nice solutions.

Make sure you'll have something like personal representative or sales representative in the hosting provider so you can easy deal with various issues related to service usage.

I have been using cloudarion.com services for about 10 months and I always have fast speed connection and my web site is steadily online.

I highly recommend Tzulo.com web hosting.
A great hosting site for the basics for development - cpanel, PHP/MySQL, and plenty of space for cheap.
Their support is very responsive and willing to work through with you any problems related to your hosting.

My website is up and running and I love it! Their list of extra software installations is huge and their Site Studio is really easy to use. Recommended.
