Should I use OpenVZ VPS from hostsailor.com (https://hostsailor.com/vps-hosting/openvz-vps/)?
Are they the best in this realm?

Well, can also add that Hostnamaste.com OpenVZ VPS (https://www.hostnamaste.com/openvz-vps.php) goes above and beyond all other web hosting that I've tried. And I've tried many.
The features have certainly gotten better and they now offer a lot more for the same price (visit their website and you'll see what I mean).

I can definitely recommend Rockhoster.com - OpenVZ VPS (https://rockhoster.com/linux/) plans are quite cheap when you figure what you're getting for them.
As for their servers, they are really fast.
