Which VPS is better for me to have a deal with - libertyvps.net (https://libertyvps.net/offshore-vps) or asvhost.com (https://asvhost.com/virtual-servers/)?

A great hosting site for the basics for development - cpanel, PHP/MySQL, and plenty of space for cheap. Asvhost.com (https://asvhost.com/) support is very responsive and willing to work through any problems related to your hosting. As with most providers, though, add-ons or more advanced features will cost you.
