VPS accounts from asvhost.com (https://asvhost.com/virtual-servers/) and scalahosting.com (https://www.scalahosting.com/cloud-servers.html) are provicded on sweet terms and I have to make a right choice, so what should I do?

I have found scalahosting.com to be the best host for support, advice, and pricing out of several hosts I have ever seen before.

I would recommend you to check hostingsource.com.
They have some decent VPS solutions started from $8 per month.
