I know pretty good server hosting deals offered by digitalserver.com.mx and their team.
They offer powerful servers in Mexico (https://www.digitalserver.com.mx/servidores-dedicados-en-mexico.shtml) at good rates. If you are looking for a top-notch host that will listen to the customer, GO WITH them.

I always look for a few things: Reliability, Support/Knowledge, Price - you get what you pay for really.
