I would like to ask about the most reliable hosts offering Servers for Live Streaming with these specs:
3 Tbs of disk space, bandwidth - 30 TB, Linux.
I have found Digitalserver.com.mx and Cloudarion.com streaming servers look ok for my needs.
What are your views on their services, pricing, features?

You'd better choose Cloudarion.com servers (they are stable and fast). This host is absolutely wonderful.
I have had clients with all sorts of hosting providers, most of whom are severely lacking in their tech support area and in the services they offer.

Despite of getting good dedicated server you will also will need some active protection against DDoS attacks. Having that said I would recommend you to have a look and check ddos-guard.net.
They offer DDoS protection as service and with them you will be satisfied for sure.
