Title: Right server to buy for hosting a heavy website

I am looking for a cheap and reliable server for hosting a heavy website and two hosts are in my mind: hostingsource.com and yourlasthost.com.
So if you were me, which way would you go?:

I know hostingsource.com provide an excellent support.
Few times I needed help in submission my site for search engines and always got needed help. All servers are stable and work pretty good.
