Help me to make a right choice comparing VPS accounts from a2hosting.com (https://www.a2hosting.com/vps-hosting/managed) and libertyvps.net (https://libertyvps.net/offshore-vps), so what's your would-be advice?

Why not to choose cloud vps hosting?

Think VIUX.com would work fine for your needs.
It has nice reliability, easy to use control panel and excellent customer support.
