Title: Need hosting account - budget is $7/mo. Any recommendations?

Hello,
Need help.
Would like to help my client choosing the right web hosting provider:
Linux, 10 gbs of disk space, 200 gbs of bandwidth - for Dotclear web site.
I have seen dailyrazor.com as well as centohost.com offered nice hosting packages.
Are they reliable? What host would you choose?

Budget is $7/mo.

I like centohost.com web host and also their informative facebook page: facebook.com/centohost
I'd like to suggest this decent host to any business site or new personal with no idea about how to build a web site personal blog/forum and who is looking for a new provider or even looking to move from the current host that got on the nerves.

Can say that centohost.com have always done a good job for us.
Their support team always replies to all emails promptly. I'm dealing with real people, with real answers and real solutions.
The site is always up. pricing is cheap.
