Which way (kvchosting.net or asvhost.com) is better to follow?

It seems both of them offer VPS.
I have offshore vps server (https://www.hostplay.com/vps-linux-sweden.php) from hostplay.com and I have to say that I'm satisfied with the quality.
I would recommend you to use them as well.
