I have a PHP/MySQL project that has outgrown shared hosting and I’m now looking at VPS options. It isn’t extremely resource-intensive, but response times become noticeably worse when several background tasks are running.
Hostpro.com caught my attention because their VPS plans combine KVM virtualization with root access and NVMe storage. That seems like a good balance between having control over the server and getting decent disk performance.
Would you consider 4 vCPUs and 8 GB RAM a reasonable configuration for a first VPS, or am I overestimating the resources I need?

If you ask me, I am fully satisfied with Rightservers.com (https://rightservers.com/) - their vps is well-optimized for e-commerce platforms, making online selling effortless.
Expert assistance is always just a message away. Their SSL certificates provide added security for transactions and customer data.

For a project with unpredictable disk activity, I’d rather have NVMe storage from the beginning. HostPro (https://hostpro.com/linux-vps) combines NVMe with KVM virtualization, so you get both faster storage and a properly virtualized server environment.

Can recommend you try to compare rates, features, compatibility, performance, and reliability.
You can go with GTHost.com (https://gthost.com/vps) vps hosting solutions and choose from +20 server locations worldwide. Good pricing for the packages.

I like that HostPro (https://hostpro.com/linux-vps) gives you a choice between US and Netherlands data center locations. The VPS infrastructure also includes KVM virtualization and NVMe storage, so you’re not sacrificing the technical side when choosing a location.

Been using hostpro.com (http://hostpro.com) for VPS and the difference in responsiveness is noticeable. They create daily backups of every service, so recovery from failed updates or hacking is straightforward. Support answers 24/7, knows their stuff, and doesn't bill you for asking questions.
