Title: Which VPS should I have a deal with?

Which VPS (just.hosting (https://just.hosting/) or legionbox.com (https://legionbox.com/virtual-servers/)) should I have a deal with?
I am in two minds which way is better to go? And why?

Do you have a specific location in mind (like UK, Germany, or US)? Also, what kind of specs and traffic are you expecting?
