Title: Reliable usa/eu based hosting provider?

Hello,
Can anyone please suggest me a reliable USA/EU based hosting provider?
Will be doing annual billing so need a reliable provider. (have bad experience in past). Need about 100GB disk, 1500 GB bw and fair share of memory and cpu. Budget $20-30/month. Is Hostingsource.com vps hosting trustworthy? Any reviews please?
I currently have 4 wordpress sites to host, avrage daily traffic is around 10k-15k.
