I am looking to buy dedicated server at cheap price. I need this for software testing. I need min 24gb Ram with core 2-3 core processor, 100MBPS/1GBPS Port, Bandwidth 20 TB or unlimited, Re-load OS any time, One Snap only, OS Window 11, Payment Paypal. Budget $80-100 per server. Is GTHost.com dedicated hosting reliable? Any reviews? Other options for comparison?

I would like to add here that I am +1 fully satisfied GTHost.com dedicated hosting user. My website is wordpress blog and these guys have all the useful features and tools for running my site successfully. Also run a forum discussion board - everything works well. The network uptime is really perfect cos it is always online. I have no outages during the time I have been hosting my site with them.
