What should I do - to sign up with either surfhosting.co or planethoster.com in terms of buying a right server?

Find out what is reasonable for your needs and pick something that will support your site on into the future.
Low-cost powerful servers you can get from these hosts: GTHost.com (https://gthost.com/) and DataPacket.net (https://datapacket.net/) - they are professional.
Lots of features, and I can afford to pay a year at a go. The uptime is very good and I haven't faced any problems yet.

Servers from allwebhost.com and hostsailor.com are worth your attention.
If you are looking for a cheap and fast webhosting company, then they are your best choice!

Try to gather as many reviews about its web hosting services (both positive and negative) and serve these as basis in choosing web host providers.
