Servers from netshop-isp.com.cy and planethoster.com are attractive for me and I wonder which way is better to follow and why?

It all depends on what you need.
I recommend you to check swisslayer.com and their DMCA-free streaming servers  (https://www.swisslayer.com/)

I'd draw your attention to servers from decent server providers: hostingsource.com and legionbox.com.
Their infrastructure is excellent, but more importantly their customer service is just amazing - always a super fast response, they go the extra mile so things are done properly, very polite communication. I can't recommend their teams more highly.
