Which VPS (rockhoster.com or hostsailor.com) is better to have a deal with? Any ideas?

You need to widen your search to compare pricing and features with few more providers.
I've been moving from host to host trying different ones out, and so far Rockhoster.com low-cost Linux VPS (https://rockhoster.com/linux-vps/) has been the best. Top notch support!
They have round the clock monitoring to make sure that your website stays up at all the times.

Take a look at a good alternative called Profvds.com - love their Slovakia vps (https://profvds.com/). If you log on to their site you get an ad page before you get to the page you want but there is always a continue button and I can live with it for the value. Very reliable. Use the VPSPROFVDS promo code 15% discount for all vps servers.

The choice of hosting largely depends on the requirements you have for your project. If you need high performance and control over your server, VPS hosting may be the perfect choice. For smaller projects or sites that don't require a lot of resources, shared services are a good option. Hostpro.com, by the way, offers various hosting solutions (https://hostpro.com/), including dedicated servers that provide maximum power and security. It may be worth paying attention to their offers.
