Title: owned-networks.net vs rockhoster.com

Shared accounts from owned-networks.net (https://www.owned-networks.net/shared.html) and rockhoster.com (https://rockhoster.com/web-hosting/) are attractive for me and I wonder which way is better to follow and why?

I've used rockhoster.com hosting solutions (https://rockhoster.com/web-hosting/), I can only remember 1 significant session of downtime, and that was partially my own fault because I didn't update to a new server when they asked me to. They solved all the troubles. I am happy with them.

Satisfied I've done the decision to choose Rockhoster.com - They are good at what they do, it's not overpriced claptrap.
Uptime is great - thanks them a lot. I'm also happy with the performance and reliability of the service.
