VPS plans from libertyvps.net (https://libertyvps.net/offshore-vps) and netshop-isp.com.cy (https://netshop-isp.com.cy/virtual-servers/) are attractive for me and I wonder which way is better to follow and why?

They are offshore provider.
I have read some good reviews about them.

I'd draw your attention to VPS deals from hostingsource.com (https://hostingsource.com/vps-hosting/) and black.host (https://black.host/unmetered-vps-hosting).
No doubt, they are good options to host your web sites.

I host only one of clients websites at NetShop-isp.com.cy VPS hosting (https://netshop-isp.com.cy/virtual-servers/) and I wish I could host all of them.
Submitted tickets are also quickly attended. Uptime and reliability are taken as featured features.
The price is right and flexible because you can pay monthly.
